Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms, Amiro Invest d.o.o. does not recognize any performer of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as the competent court to deal with a consumer dispute that the consumer could launch under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

Amiro Invest doo, as a provider of goods and services, enables the online trade in the EU territory under Slovenian laws that are in accordance with EU directives and publishes an electronic link on the Internet Dispute Resolution Consumer Platform (SRPS) on its website.

The aforementioned regulation is derived from the Law on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.

The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve online disputes pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the ODR on one of their platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a site where consumers can try to reach out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from online purchases and contracts for services.
